Mend Homelite Start Gas Order

My Home-lite weed-eater won't start?

When I try and start my Home-lite gas weed-eater, the rope is stuck and won't even pull out. What do I need to do in order to fix it?

Open rope compartment and try to rotate the inside wheel. If it doesn't move spray some WD 40, take a wrench and rotate it several time back and forth and around. Assemble it back together again and try to start it.
