Mend Radiator Rad Work

chrome, curved, towel radiator?

Having recentley purchased a chrome curved towel rad i'm at a bit of a loss trying to work out how to fit the brackets that came with it. They are cylindrical, chrome coverd plastic with lose cap looking things, complete with plugs and screws. Please help.

in what way are you stuck ?
mark on the wall where you want each one to sit and drill wall fit rawplug put screw through centre of the plastic cylinder and screw to wall.
