how to fix a leek on radiator suzuki escudo 1994 ?

the top of the rad is plastic i have a split about 3 inches long super glue and silicone dosent work any other suggestions

New Radiator really the only pemanent fix. but if you must repair it JB WELD is the only answer but your car will b out of use for 24 hrs till the glue sets.
