BOSCH wff 2000 getting stuck in rinse cycle?

I have a wasking machine Bosch wff 2000.

Its getting stuck in the rinse cycle and wont pump any water out. eventually it progreses to the end of the cycle and with loads of water still in the machine. Can anyone help please.
