Bosch WF02464? will not continue on to rinse & spin cycle?

Check filter bottom right front for blockage ($2 coin will cause blockage and fault u describe, also check brushes on motor (should be 8mm+ long [carbon rectangle inside spring]=if too short , can't make enough power to spin. Replace brushes (very common fault which also gives your symptoms) Also check for lose connectors, as if not earthing properly, won't spin. If none of that works, ring repairman or buy a Miele. Machine has double cold inlet valve possible one valve coil open circuit check with continuity meter. If so it will get to rinse position and stop waiting for water to fill. When you select separate rinse it may use the good valve for that prog.

timer selector,not sure on your model but on some timer you can get the small timer control seperetely from complete timer unit
