How to reach flasher relay 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Is there a trick to reaching the turn signal relay on a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee? It's above the fuse box, but can't get my hand on it.

Pull everything out of the dash. Take the 3 screws out and pop off the cover

You have to go from above. The panel thats below the plastic face of the gauge cluster pulls straight out, and if you lower the steering wheel, you can get to it from the top.
