my boiler is flashing?

my boiler has started flashing with S E coming up and then what looks like upside down L's but with the smaller ends pointing away from each other it is the 25 cdi GC number 47-311-92 we have heating and hot water though the line for the water is on the line between the green and red lower side and the green on light isn't always on
