i have lost disc to install technika vga webcam..
is there any other way i can get it up and running

I had the same problem mate. Go to Medion website, under support, put the model of laptop in and it gives a list of drivers etc etc.
You want the SUYIN cam driver for vista. I downloaded the OPTIONAL webcam SNAPSHOT programme instead with the drivers in it.
