Mend Samsung VP-DC161 Camera Repair Warranty

Samsung VP-DC161 has frozen and cannot remove disc?

We recenty had the camera repaired under warranty as the camera did not focus properly. Used it for the first time since repair, it seemed to record for about 2 minutes then the whole camera froze, couldn't remove disc or switch off.
