Mend Switched Power Problem

alarm will not ecept engineers code?

switched power off from fuseboard and when power was switched back on alarm has developed a problem ;; on exiting the property 30 seconds to leave thats ok but when re entering the property the alarm goes off straight have tried to enter engineers code but will not accept it
