Hums but won't turn when i turn it on. i push the red button. but nothing happens.

My machine grinds like really loud (metal on metal) nothing is in hole. Can you reset grinders.

Hi,
I have a waste disposal of this make and you should have a small silver gadget thingy ( I don`t know what it is called). You put it in a hole in the bottom of the unit in your cupboard, not in the sink, and you turn it very hard back and forwards and it unjams the grinder. Other than that you can put your hand down TURN OF THE SWITCH FIRST because you will probably find something stuck under the grinding wheels. The best thing is the gadget so if you haven`t fixed it yet try and get one from the distributors.
