Cold water runs slow on Kenmore washer?

maybe because when you are running the cold water on the washing machine it's running slow because someone else in the house is using the cold water or letting it run and it will run slow because the washing machine needs the whole power source of the water so when other cold water is running in the house that's taking away from the full source so tip for you when you using cold water on the washing machine use hot water for washing hands or dishes. same thing for hot i hope i anwsered you question
