Homelite started the C-72 (or the C series) in 1968. I live in Michigan an have a Great Saw Shop Near that stocks much of the older parts. Also, there is always ebay which has tons of the older parts for sale quite reasonable. I don't have the saw shops phone# right on hand but I will call them for you if you still need the Parts.
