Mend Honda CBR125 Start Engine Riding

How can I fix my CBR hONDA 125?

Will not start, looks like the engine is flooded? I have been riding around with the choke on!

turn choke OFF remove the spark plug and dry, kick start the engine 2 dozen times to EXPEL the EXCESS FUEL ,replace the spark plug turn on the fuel and choke kick engine over when it starts slowly start to knock the choke back to the OFF position
