I have a VAX vacuum cleaner. The trouble is, that everyttime I use it, I get a static electric shock. Does anyone know why, and how to solve this problem?
Very hot air out the back of the cleaner, Then after about 10 min it shuts down.

Vax pet quicklite is picking up but leavung a side trail/streak of debris whilst hoovering. Help

My vax is a `Mach air`. It`s a good vacuum cleaner but it isn`t picking up. I have tried undoing all the screws underneath but can`t get to find out if there is something stuck in there. Any ideas?
