Mend Aquatronic

Is the pipework for the Aquatronic showers all the same?

My old Aquatronic 2 shower is smelling of an electrical burning, so I have stopped using it.....The newer version has the dials positioned differently, but will the pipework be the same?

If I get a different Aquatronic, ie models 3 or 4 will the exisiting pipework need changing?

I hope this makes sense to someone!

Don't know if the pipework is the same.
The electrical burning could be just due to sparking at a loose connection (most likely where your power is connected to the shower) try removing the cover and tightening the screws. Look for signs of burning and tighten that connection. (and turn off the power before you do it!)
