Mend Myson Apollo Boiler Just Cleaned

Boiler just cleaned and now not igniting ???

I have just had my boiler serviced (Myson apollo) and one day later it wont ignite, i have spoken to the guy who cleaned it and he is saying it could be a valve needs replacing.
Anyone advise if this could have been caused by the service ? as it seems more likley linked to the service.
