how do I check the pressure switch on my Potterton Profile boiler

Boiler turns off intermittently (once or twice a day) and restarts no prob on overheat reset switch.

Have replaced so far, PCB and overheat stat. Now think its the boiler stat as boiler doesn't cycle! Ordering new stat today! Hope this works - will have replaced the whole boiler in spares soon....
