potterton neta heat profile boiler.. not working properly?

Potterton 50E neataheat profile...

Hot is water now working on demand? ok

Central heating still not working on demand...

could it be the overun thermostat on the boiler ?
or
Gravity DHW/pump overrun thermostat on the boiler?

should make it clear i still have both faults No CH & HW.

1st fault was no CH - ?

Now 2nd fault... just develpoed the hotwater will now not start ? (would fire up ok without any problem yesterday) Pump was running when hotwater was selected.

Parts changed over the 3 years..

1).New PCB electonic control ( Located at the bottom of the boiler) - 2yrs

2).New Gas control valve - 3yrs

3). New motorized valve & thermostat - Water cylinder tank -2 yrs

Now the hot water will not select ?

I get the red lights on the controller but nothing is now firing up?

You can hear the pump running when the hotwater is selected so i think the pump is OK.

I have bleed all the radiators in the system.

Can you help please ..

I have a Potterton heaaheat profile boiler, my problem is with Central Heating ..no heat to the rads. I do get hot water when selected. but no CH when selected?

The pump is running when hot water is selected from the Honeywell controller but will not run when CH is selected only?

Also the wall thermostat does not trigger the CH to come on when turned up to max?

Try looking towards the pump.
Either the pump is shot or there isn't a pump overrun fitted.
It could of course, be the boiler stats themselves, but check the pump first.
