How do I identify the model of a 40yr old Jones machine?

I have acquired an old Jones electric (foot pedal operated) machine and I need to acquire a manual but I can not identify the model. The machine is two shades of blue with a blue plastic case with white flowers. There is no model number anywhere just the word "Jones" in cream.black plastic on the body above the needle. There is a number imprinted into the metal base which is K16134121. It has plenty of dials, etc but is not aZig-zag machine.
Can you assist and where if anywhere can I get a copy of the manual.
