everything else works but drum will not spin. drum can be turned by hand. back was taken off and a lot of black graphite powder dropped down from a contact at the top(inside the back cover)
MY TUMBLE DRIER WAS THE SAME MY FRIEND TOOK IT APART IT DOES NOT HAVE A BELT BUT TURNS ON A SCREW. THE SCREW WAS WORN OUT AND I AM TRYING TO FIND A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT THE ENORMOUS CALL OUT FEES, GOOD LUCK
