How do i remove and replace a door seal for a hotpoint HUL161l?

Fridge is not staying cold and there seems to be no air in the door seal.How do i remove and replace it?

If it does not pull out,or if there are no screws behind the door seal itself then you have to replace the whole door,why do you think the door needs replacing,if it is not cold enough it will not be the seal,the only 2 reasons a door seal should need replacing is if there is no suction on door or if thick ice is building on wet wall of fridge
