Mend Toshiba Cinema Series Hd Ready Turned

HOW CAN I FIX MY TOSHIBA CINEMA SERIES HD READY 61INCH BIG SCREEN?

JUST RECENTLY I TURNED THE TELEVISION ON AND NOTICED THAT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TV, THE RED AND BLUE HAVE SEPERATED AND THERE IS DOUBLE VISION. IT IS VERY UNCLEAR AND THERE IS A HALF MOON LIKE DISTORTION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. ANY SUGGESTIONS? BEST REGARDS AND THANK YOU.
