how can i fix my inovix mp3 player?

i downloaded songs onto my inovix mp3 player, i turned it off after listenin to it an then urned it back on, my songs wer still ther, then afta turning it off agen the songs had vanished, also it only turns on when i fiddle with the battery before pressing the button? help!

I agree the Inovix MP3 Players have had some major issues and ther is no real UK support for them (I have tryed )
