how to fix my electrolux fridge freezer?

This frost free model ER7926/1B fridge-freezer is not cooling yet the motor is running and can hear the fan. How do I test for a thermostat fault or has it run out of coolant?

if the compressor motor is running then the thermostat is ok.if the fridge appears not to work but the freezer is you could try defrosted this manually by switching it off for 24hrs and starting it up again.if it works after you have manually defrosted it you might find it goes back faulty in a short period of time.if it does then you might find the auto defrost has failed.defrost timers can fail as well as heaters
