Mend Indesit WIL133 Drum Bearing Washer

How can I replace the drum bearing on my WIL133 washer?

The Indesit WIL133 washer has become extremely noisy in the spin cycle and I assume it is bearing related and would like to know if it is possible to replace he bearings.
