Mend Glow-worm Combi-Boiler Boiler Heating Pressure

How do I stop my Glow-worm Combi-Boiler overflow from emptying the system?

There is something wrong with the overflow mechanism on my boiler. The central heating water pressure shows 0 psi, when I fill it up to the correct pressure the overflow runs until it is back to 0 psi.
