Mend Peugeot 406 Wheel Find

My horn is not working on my Peugeot 406 estate?

Pressing the steering wheel and my horn has packed up, does anyone know where to find the actual horn, i have looked in possible place but can't see it any where. If i can find it i can at lease check it out, before i try and take the steering wheel of which has an air bag in it.
