how do i eject the cd's that are stuck in the changer?

Sam ... try and remove the power to the changer for a couple of minutes (remove fuse or disconnect power lead). Reconnect the power and at the same time press the eject button and hold it until the discs start to eject. If they dont then you'll probably find either one of the discs is mechanically jammed or the disc mechanism is not at the correct angle. If this is the case you'll have to somehow get into the unit and sort any mechanical problems out.
