Mend Maytag LDG7600 Stopped Working

maytag dryer LDG7600 autodry feature?

The autodry stopped working properly. It doesn't sense when the clothes are dry--just keeps going and going.... The timer dry works fine. Is there a sensor that needs cleaning/replacing?

Yes there is a sensor for that feature. I have the same dryer with the same problem. I found the part at a very good site with detailed diagrams.
