how can i fix this?

does any of the lights work (interior/headlights/indicators/sidelights)?.if no then check you have a good earth lead from battery to bodywork.if you have a jump lead then connect it to battery negative and to a clean metal body part

Sounds like the earth connection to the chassis is not good if you are sure the battery is fully charged, can you try another battery, if batteries are good check all the big cable connections are good by taking off putting a little grease on them and putting them back
