Mend Polti Inox 3500R Steam Water

How do I remove the top of the iron on a Polti Inox 3500R?

I would like to replace the flex Cable/pipe on a Polti Inox 3500R.

I have opened the water tank base and removed a screw from the back of the iron itself. But I cannot remove the handle to make the connections at the iron. Can anyone help?

I know this is not a lot of help but I found it totally beyond me to get in to the damn thing!. I ended up sending it back to Polti.

It seems I may be breaking the rules of this form, but do you have the specification of the tool/screwdriver needed to undo the specialist screws which hold the tank casing together.
