Any disc that is put in the machine will result in a "No Disc" display on the front display. The disc will spin 3 times and the laser does come on. Tried cleaning the lens --no effect. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
if you can see the laser use cotton bud to clean with cleaning fluid on it, a laser cleaning disc will not clean properly because laser can't read disc. if this does not work it's a new laser that's req'd hope the first work's not the latter
