How do I re-wire an Norelco Steam 513 Iron where the wires have been discon?

Looking at the back of the iron. Fasten the blue wire and the wire from the wide blade on the plug to the far right side connector. Fasten the black wire with the little resistor and the wire from the narrow blade on the plug to the second from far right connection.
