Tefal 400 ( 8 Program )?

The iron is pretty new however the secure stop red light keeps coming on and hence the iron will not heat up

how can you disable this as pulling plug out etc doesn't have any effect

Hi,

While the iron is connected to the mains move the program dial several times in both directions.
The red light will not turn off, but the iron will start working (and heating).
