Mend Ford Focus Zetec 100 Bought

Ford Focus Zetec 100 2009?

My Headlight dipped beam has failed.
I've bought 2 new bulbs but can't remove the headlamp unit to replace the bulb.
The handbook tells me to remove the retaining screw, disconnect the electrical connectors then remove the headlamp unit.
Is the handbook over simplifying the removal of the headlamp unit.
I didn't specify the car on my original query as I had already put that info in the search.

yep that's the correct procedure.I suspect you are having problem removing unit.when you have removed the retaining screw simply pull the unit forward past the locator and lift up the unit out of the bottom locators.
