HI Jennifer.
Had to fix this many a time, but not on this model.
Takes a bit of brute strength and a few basic tools, you need to try and get the coin into the pipe where the water drains from (the bottom of the drum) that's where it normally ends up when the water drains anyway!
Are you sure its behind the drum? or stuck in one of the plastic aggitators? (the bars that go back to front on the drum). Or in the water pump?
If its in the drum fill it with water (with no washing in) and it should go into the drain pipe, then if you have a filter that you clean out, it will be in there.
If its not got a filter you have to take the back of the washing machine tilt it forward and you will see the drain pipe from the bottom of the drum, take it off, normally a jubilee clip or a pliers clip, and it will be in the bottom of there,
If its in the pump it will be at the bottom of that pipe. have a bowl underneath it- and no matter how clean you are it will be full of allsorts!! and about a pint of water!!! have a bowl underneath, and make sure no water splashes on the electrics
If its stuck in the aggitator bar they normally push either backwards or forwards and come off but normally one of the clips breaks in the process, try squeezing it width ways to make it easier to get it off.
Hope that solves your problem
