Mend Ford Transit Remove Van

how do i remove the ignition barrel frm a ford transit van 53 plate?

the bonnet would not open and in trying to open with the key i have now worn the key out. Ive got anoter key cut from the door lock but im struggling to remove the barrel.

I have a full lock set to replace the bonnet,ignition,fuel cap and sliding door

Hi Phil, remove the upper shroud from steering column turn ignition key to position 1 about 10mm from where the barrel meets the column casting is a 2mm hole push a suitable sized driver into the hole and then you will be able to withdraw the lock barrel
