dimplex storage heater?

the heater appears to have stopped working

Dimplex Heating, Home Heating Systems Appears Stopped Working

HI
The model of Dimplex storage heater is XLN. It has been working and the light does come on the switch when it is supposed to charge but no heat comes out of it.
Can you suggest anything to try to get it going again. I wuld rather not replace it!!

I have a Dimplex Diplomat storage heater in my flat where I have a tenant
Code ACA2354 230-340v
It has been working but now is not. The settings have not been changed I am told but the heater is not working now.
The light is on at the power switch
Any suggestions what I can try

Most likely cause is the overheating switch has tripped. If you take the front panel off you will either see a rest switch (if you're lucky) or a melted piece of metal (if you're not).

Press the switch or replace the metal as necessary.

PS More information would have been helpful to diagnose the problem.
