Mend Aquatronic 4shower Going Years Started

how do i stop my aquatronic 4shower going cold?

my aquatronic 4 shower keeps going cold, then gets hot again after few minutes, it is a few years old and the problem just started, we had to put a new pressure relief valve in last year could this be connected?
