I have the same model. I love it, but the washer is starting to give me trouble. In my case, a wire had burned out. The repairman was able to splice and re-attach it. But the washer has just gone out again (and there was a slight burning smell).
It was very difficult to get to the wires. He had to undo much of the front panel (and I think he ultimately reached the wires when he disassembled part of the dryer front.
I have had 2 people work on this machine, and neither had ever seen one. I am going to try to contact Speed Queen to see if parts are even still available. If not, time for a new stackable. I will really miss this one. It has been going for 20 years! They don't make them like this anymore!!
