van will only start after few turn overs then very slugish and kicking out lots of grey smoke every morning then after about five mins clears and runs fine all day any help please thanks
back brake sticking on when handbrake off any ideas

a glow plug or plugs could be faulty.they go open circuit and the only thing that then makes the diesel fuel burn is the heat build up in the combustion chamber hence after 5 mins runs ok.
