i keep losing power in my vauxhall zafira 2ltdi comfort?

hi would check egr valve sticking wont rev above 3000 rpm ( no turbo power ) open bonnet and just behind radiator is a gray pastic cover take it off and clean the rod on egr valve with some cleaner moving it back and forward leave cover off , also check the egr valve connector as they can come loose and bring spanner light on dash , oh and if its diesal check all your glow plugs are ok too as if one is gone this will also bring spanner light on worked for me no light and loads power now

I had the same fault when I changed the oil on mine and removed the air inlet pipe that coveres the oil filter. I did not fit it correctly afterwards and it caused loss of turbo function and the car with spanner symbol to illuminate on the dash. Refitting the air pipe correclty solved my problem.

Have you tried adding some injection cleaner to clean the fuel system when you fill up ? Could also be the fuel filter need's changing (normally strapped to the back of the fuel tank). Or if it's happening when your driving at speed and suddenly goes it could be the air intake valve (try changing your air filter's first on that one as a new intake valve is expensive to replace).
