anyone know what else can it be .... corsa 1 litre, losing power?

my car is still losing power and seems like its been starved of something, we have changed mass air flow meter, air ,petrol and oil filters, full oil change, new plugs, new coils, nothing seems to be working,its had a new cat a year ago, eml is on constantly but that could be the sensor to it?,this is a 3 valve engine, s reg but only done 60,000 miles in immaculate condition, car seems to run worse when its warmed up
