Mend Fused Light Switch

Fused bulbs?

My main center light in room on a two way switch keeps blowing bulbs could it be wired wrong, and if so how should it be wired.

D.I.Y, Switches and Sockets Fused Light Switch

Do they blow immediately or after several hours/days? Is it the actual bulbs that blow or does your mains trip out? Was the wiring done professionally or by a DIY'er?
If you can be more precise I may be able to help.
