Mend Kenmore 587.15182400 Light Flashes Power Help

Kenmore Quietguard Standard 587.15182400?

The washing light flashes, and nothing else happens. I cut the power, but it did not help. I have found answers regarding other models, and how to reset them but cannot find the info for this model. Does anyone know how to reset this model?

Thanks a ton- service call is a minimum of a couple hundered bucks.
