Hi,
Hope you can help. We have no hot water but plenty of central heating. Except top radiator not filling.

hi neil i suspect the diaphragm in the diverter valve has perished you may have to replece the complete diverter valve if the diaphragm kits are not available. regarding the upstairs radiator try topping up the boiler pressure to 1.5 bar and venting air from the rad hope this helps
