Mend Glowworm EP40B Thermo Pilot Boiler

glowworm economy plus Ep40B?

have replaced thermo couple and pilot feed pipe to boiler but gas pilot light will not stay lit for main gas to ignight. Primer works but when finger is removed pilot goes out straight away, is this the pump, or is the header tank causing the problem...Have hot water through emersion system.
