Mend Triton T80xr Shower Bathroom

Main on/off string system is not working on my Triton T80xr shower unit?

The string that I need to pull on in order to switch on/off the shower unit is not working. It usually makes a click sound when I pull it to switch it on and off...what can I do and/or who do i call?
