Mend Royal CX 7000 Power Bit Stops

How can I fix my Royal CX 7000 shredder?

Power is on, and paper shreds a little bit, then stops. It does the same in the reverse position. The paper does not go all the way thru.

I have the same problem. Very frustrating. I think I'm just going to junk it and buy a new one....but which one?

I have the same problem w/ mine. There are two teeth missing on one of the gears.
